California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice for CEO Live Users
This notice explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA"). At CEO Live, we are committed to transparency in how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. While our Privacy Policy provides a comprehensive overview of our practices, this notice highlights specific provisions to comply with the CCPA.

We do not sell your personal information. However, under the CCPA, "sharing" includes activities like cross-context behavioral advertising, which may involve sharing your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Registered users can adjust their preferences in the account settings.
- Guests can opt out using our guest control settings.
We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to automatically opt you out of sharing if this preference is detected.
You can request information about how we have collected, used, and disclosed your personal information in the past 12 months, including:

- Sources of this information.
- Business purposes for collecting or sharing the information.
- Categories of third parties with whom we share the information.

You may limit how sensitive personal information (e.g., race or ethnicity) is used or disclosed. At CEO Live, we use sensitive personal information only for legally permitted purposes, so no opt-out is required.
You can request corrections to inaccurate personal information. Members can edit much of their information directly via account settings.
You can request the deletion of your personal information. Exceptions may apply, such as when information is needed to:
- Fulfill a contract or transaction.
- Detect or prevent security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We will notify you before collecting new categories of personal information or using your data for materially different purposes.
We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide varying levels of service based on your exercise of CCPA rights.
While CEO Live does not sell your personal information, we may share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined by the CCPA. Examples include sharing usage data to improve the relevance of advertisements displayed to you on third-party platforms.
You can opt out of such sharing via account settings or GPC signals (see Section 1).
